Park Avenue Towers

Within the modernist Park Avenue Towers (c. 1978), a three bedroom apartment was reworked to be made fit for modern family life. Overlooking Princes Park to the east and Royal Park to the west, banks of oak-clad cabinetry divide and organise the internal space.
